SPA POLICY

Checks payable to: Face to Face Day Spa. Visa/MC/AMEX accepted. Clients will be charged an extra 5% for credit card transactions.

Appointments should pre-book to insure appointment. Cancellation or rescheduling of appointments require a 24 hour notice, with the exception of an emergency. Appointments cancelled in less than 24-hour notice will be billed %75 of published price of each service.

Check-in at front desk. First time clients please check-in 15 min ahead or your scheduled reservation.

Gratuities are solely left to clients discretion. 15% is industry standard.

Gift Certificates are available for all services and spa packages and may be purchased in person or charged by phone or on our web site.
