SPA POLICY

• Checks payable to: Face to Face Day Spa. Visa / MC / AMEX Accepted.
   Clients will be charged an extra 5% for credit card transactions.

• Appointments should pre-book to insure appointment. Cancelation or
   rescheduling of appointments require a 24 hour notice, with the
   exception of an emergency. Appointments canceled in less than a 24
   hour notice will be billed 75% of published price of each service.

• Check-in at front desk. First time clients please check-in 15 min ahead
   of your scheduled reservation.

• Gratuities are solely left to clients discretion. 15% is industry
   standard.

• Gift Certificates are available for all services and spa packages and
   may be purchased in person or charged by phone.

• Design your own individual packages. All Series Spa Packages -
   ask about are payment plans
